Return Policies for the Returnable / Refundable Items

Note: Our distributor pricing is in line with the companies from overseas if not lower.

Returns are hassle-free at ABITI. If the sizing is wrong or you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact ABITI customer service at info@abiti.ae or
call us at (+971) 800 9001 toll free in the UAE within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.

You can return any unworn merchandise in resalable condition ONLY during the first 48 hours of receiving the item. Please ensure that all original tags, the attached seal, labels, and packaging are intact. You will be only charged AED 50 as the delivery charge for the exchange or returning the approved returns.


Here at ABITI, we have listened to our customers and we do accept returns for “Store Credit” for a few reasons:
  • Any special order that the merchandise was ordered based on the customer’s request.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are final sale are as follows: sale items, items marked final sale/no returns.
  • 3- Like other special occasion stores (both internet and retail locations), we also have a policy not to accept returns on dresses for Special Occasions - including Prom (a “Special Occasion" dress is one that usually worn once for an extra-special-one-time-event).

Here at ABITI, we have listened to our customers and we do accept returns for “Store Credit” for a few reasons:
  • We realize that even with best intentions in estimating your size and viewing the dress online, there may be instances that the item purchased is not as expected. We want to be able to give you an opportunity to get a dress that is as good as you expect.
  • We want you to be completely 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our dresses are for special events, and we want you to feel you have the perfect dress for your important day.
  • We are confident that you will be able to find that perfect dress because we have a large stock of special occasion dresses online and various styles to choose from. We are sure you can find a replacement dress.

* Store Credit* means we won't pay you back but you can use the cost against some other item from ABITI.

Cancellation of an Order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (Subject to ABITI approval). The cancellation would be acceptable ONLY for the pre-available merchandise and not for the special orders or any other item that goes under the above exceptions. The cancellation should be requested 24 hours in advance of the delivery date.

If an order has been shipped, you have Maximum 48 hours after receiving the product purchased to inform us about your cancelation request and there will be a Delivery Fee of AED 50 for returning back the item.

** Money is refundable only if the attached Seal is NOT broken. **

The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse to ensure our merchandise is sent free of defects. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. If you do not accept the item being returned to you, you will not receive credit of any kind.
